DC calibrators
Here too, we offer solutions of the highest standard. This is achieved with MI’s Model 8110A, a 10V reference standard. This unit can, of course, be combined with MI’s voltage dividers and also the Model 8001B voltage extender with a range of 1200V.
The Meatest M160 DC calibrator has an accuracy of 15 ppm, making it an excellent solution for customers who require a limited voltage range (100V) but high accuracy for their application. From Yokogawa, we have the precision DC calibrator model 2553A and the 2560A with a range of 1200V. And then from Iseg, the precision DC power supply/SMU with a range up to 6kV.
Of course, the multifunctional calibrators can also be used for DC calibration.
