Decade banks

Calibration Consulting has a wide variety of decade banks, covering a broad range of applications. For field, laboratory or automated systems. There are models for resistance, capacitance and inductance. In addition, there are also combination models.

The decade banks can be used as lab standards, working standards and transfer standards, but also in the design of electronic circuits, where the decade bank is used as a substitute to determine the correct component value.

IET LABS’ decade banks are mostly based on the original developments of GenRad, ESI and QuadTech. IET Labs has a very wide range of resistance decade banks for both RTD simulation, standard resistors up to 9 decades and also high-voltage decade banks for testing meggers.

Depending on your application, there is a wide choice of parameters, range and accuracy. In addition to the manual models, there are also models that can be used in automatic calibration systems via RS232.

Meatest also has an extensive range of resistance decade banks. Almost all of these are also equipped with a digital interface. Meatest’s high-voltage decade banks can also be used for the calibration of insulation testers, megaohmmeters, safety testers, HIPOTs, etc.

We also have a series of decade banks with capacities from IETLabs and Genrad. In addition, we have the Meatest M525 model with a digital interface.

And then there are the various models from Genrad and IETLabs for decade banks with inductances. Meatest also has a model with resistors, capacities and inductances for calibrating LCR meters.

With decade boxes, we are not talking about simulated values but actual resistors, inductors and capacitors that can be switched in decades. Calibration Consulting also has a model from MI with simulated values.
