Unlike capacitance simulation, the M525 uses real capacitors with a polypropylene dielectric, resulting in minimal parasitic effects. The device supports both grounded and floating modes, which is essential for accurate measurements in different test environments. Automatic compensation of parasitic capacitances and a simple recalibration process maintain accuracy over the long term.

Flexible measurement capabilities and fast responses

The M525 offers a fast response time of less than 200 ms in normal mode and more than 500 ms in sequence mode, enabling fast and efficient testing. With a frequency range of up to 1000 Hz for capacitances below 10 µF and up to 100 Hz for capacitances above 10 µF, the instrument is ideal for a wide range of testing and calibration applications.
