The MI 6020T Automated Thermometry Bridge is the primary reference instrument for thermometry measurements in national measurement institutes and high-end laboratories. It combines unmatched accuracy with speed and flexibility, offering a complete package for metrology at the highest level.
World-class accuracy
The 6020T delivers a measurement uncertainty of up to ±0.015 ppm in the range from 1 Ω to 10 kΩ, which corresponds to only 0.004 mK at the triple point of water. The instrument covers a wide measurement range from 0.1 Ω to 100 kΩ, offering a single solution for a wide range of thermometric applications. The system features improved ampere-turn sensitivity, optimized voltage feedback, and a ratio range of 0.1 to 14:1. This makes it possible to perform both standard and premium measurements with minimal errors.
Speed and efficiency
The 6020T offers a quick measure mode that provides the first measurement within 20 seconds. The current reversal can be set to as little as 2 seconds, resulting in the world’s fastest DC bridge current reversal. The minimum sample interval is 0.1 seconds, enabling fast and accurate data collection. The modern touchscreen interface makes operation intuitive and clear. With Accu-T-Cal™ software, developed in collaboration with national measurement institutes, calibration coefficients for up to five thermometers can be stored directly in the internal memory. This enables fast front panel measurements without external software.
Premium and standard models
The 6020T is available in a standard version and a premium version with Lemo connectors. The premium version offers additional protection against thermal influences, external noise, and air currents, further increasing the reliability of measurements.
