By precisely controlling the amplitude and phase of these sources, any desired impedance can be simulated. An internal MUX measures both the applied voltage and the voltage drop across the current source, so that the synthesized impedance is known exactly.<\/p>\n<p>The uncertainty of the calibration is mainly determined by the LCR meter itself; the internal references of the Z1000 have uncertainties in the range of 10\u207b\u2078 to 10\u207b\u00b9\u00b2, which are negligible in the overall uncertainty budget.<\/p>\n<h3>User-friendly, fully automated software<\/h3>\n<p>The Z1000 comes with an intuitive software environment that automatically performs all calculations, switching, and verifications.
