The Low Temperature Quick\u2011Cal operates from \u201312 \u00b0C to +140 \u00b0C, making it particularly suitable for medical devices, sterilisation processes, laboratory work and food\u2011industry applications.<\/p>\n
A defining feature of this model is its ability to run entirely from a 12\u2011volt battery, turning it into a truly portable calibrator for fieldwork, mobile service teams or locations without mains power. A universal 100\u2013240 V supply is also included.<\/p>\n
The calibration well contains two pockets, each 13 mm in diameter and 120 mm deep. The unit is supplied with two sleeves \u2014 one blank and one drilled at 6.8 mm \u2014 and custom sleeves can be provided for specific sensor diameters.<\/p>\n
Warm\u2011up is extremely fast: from 0 \u00b0C to 100 \u00b0C in just 9 minutes, with a short additional period for best stability. The stability is \u00b10.05 \u00b0C, and accuracy ranges from \u00b10.1 to \u00b10.4 \u00b0C, depending on the comparison method used.<\/p>\n
Quick\u2011Cal High \u2014 compact, fast and ideal for industrial temperatures<\/h3>\n
The High Temperature Quick\u2011Cal covers 30 \u00b0C to 350 \u00b0C and is designed for industrial applications where speed and practicality matter more than the ultra\u2011low uncertainties of larger dry blocks.<\/p>\n
Its calibration well is larger than that of the Low model: 25 mm in diameter and 120 mm deep, with a removable insert containing five pockets (8 mm, 6.5 mm, 6.5 mm, 4.5 mm and 4.5 mm). Blank and custom inserts are available on request.<\/p>\n
Like the Low model, the Quick\u2011Cal High reaches its setpoint in around 9 minutes, with a few extra minutes for optimal stability. Stability is \u00b10.05 \u00b0C, and accuracy ranges from \u00b10.4 \u00b0C below 100 \u00b0C to \u00b11.5 \u00b0C at higher temperatures.<\/p>\n
The unit operates from 100\u2013130 V or 200\u2013240 V, making it suitable for global deployment.<\/p>\n

Both Quick\u2011Cal models are built for mobility. Weighing only 1.5 kg and measuring 65 \u00d7 152 \u00d7 175 mm, they fit easily into a toolkit or carry case. The accompanying manual provides practical guidance for achieving the best performance in both laboratory and field environments. For the Low model, a rechargeable battery is available, offering 60 minutes of cooling and 90 minutes of heating.
